Utah Beef Ambassadors
The Utah Beef Ambassador Program (UBAP) aims to empower youth to educate consumers about beef, including its nutrition, food safety, economic value, and industry stewardship practices. Our goal is to form a passionate team of ambassadors who will promote and share the beef production story across the state through education, media, and outreach.
UBAP develops advocates and leaders through training in communication and promotion. We are seeking youth who can effectively educate others about the beef industry. The first, second, and third place winners will join the Utah Beef Ambassador Team and will be reimbursed up to $350 for event-related expenses. Upon completing their year, they will receive a scholarship. We’re looking for talented youth from our Cattlemen and Cattlewomen—contact us soon! |
